These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Lizarv Studio (the “Service”), a tool that connects social media accounts belonging to its operator and publishes the same content to several of them at once. Connecting an account or using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Lizarv Studio is an internal, personal-use tool operated by Kevin Tovar to manage organic content for his own e-commerce store, lizarv.com. It pulls products from that store’s catalog and publishes them to the operator’s own social accounts. It is not offered as a service to third parties, is not open to public sign-up, and accesses no other person’s data. Registration is closed; the only accounts are the operator’s own. If the application is ever opened to other users, this page will be updated before that happens.
Only accounts you own or are authorized to manage may be connected. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your connected accounts. Any account can be disconnected at any time from within the Service, which deletes the stored credentials for it.
The Service may not be used to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or that violates the terms, policies or community guidelines of any connected platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. In particular you agree to follow the Pinterest Community Guidelines and the TikTok Community Guidelines, including their rules on spam, automation and repetitive or duplicate posting.
The Service uses the Pinterest API in accordance with the
Pinterest Developer Terms.
It creates Pins on boards inside the operator’s own Pinterest Business account, reads the operator’s boards only
to resolve the destination board_id, and reads the operator’s published Pins only to prevent
duplicates. It does not access other users’ data, does not display Pinterest content outside the application,
does not scrape Pinterest, and does not redistribute or resell Pinterest data. Rate limits are respected.
The Service uses the TikTok Content Posting API in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. It posts videos to the operator’s own account with the caption and post settings chosen in the app, and reads only basic profile information for the connected account. It does not access other users’ content, does not display TikTok content outside the application, and does not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling or model training.
The Service acts on your behalf through the official APIs of third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. The Service is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or actions taken by those platforms, including the suspension of accounts.
Connecting an account grants the Service permission to publish, and to read basic profile and publishing data, exactly as described during the authorization flow and in the Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from inside the Service or directly in the platform’s own settings; see Retention and deletion for the steps.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost content, failed publications, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Colombia. Personal data handled by the Service is processed in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and its implementing decrees.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
